[Dev Services] Log RabbitMQ Management URL

No URL logged, meaning the developer needs to find the port mapping from the container to figure out where to access the RabbitMQ management console.

Describe the solution you'd like

Log the RabbitMQ Management URL like it's done for Docling and Grafana.

Do we need to create like this https://github.com/arconia-io/arconia/blob/b7c14ac1f1d3f7d5de4537d7dbc38d22fbd208d1/arconia-integrations/arconia-docling/src/main/java/io/arconia/docling/autoconfigure/client/DoclingClientProperties.java in RabbitMQ dev services as well for getting the RabbitMQ URL one?

@bsmahi thanks so much for volunteering on this. The problem is about the RabbitMQContainer itself which doesn't log the management console URL at startup time (unlike other containers like LgtmStackContainer). I'll need to do some design work to find a solution that we can apply in this situation (RabbitMQ is not the only one with this problem). It might be something to upstream to the Testcontainers library. I'll share updates here when I get to it.
