The download link for ffmpeg in Zenith's description leads to nowhere, and Zenith requires ffmpeg to do any rendering at all.

The ffmpeg zeranoe site shutdown and the readme hasn't been updated since. You can download though FFmpeg site on "Get packages & executable files"
