Describe the request

Add an "Installed" filter to Boards Manager.

It seems to be missing

Describe the current behavior

Library manager has an "Installed" filter:

However, Boards Manager does not have an equivalent capability.

🙁 Currently we have to scroll all the list to find installed board packages
