Infra: Manage all DNS zones in argoproj.io #30

The domain argoproj.io is currently managed by the CNCF, but the nameserver must be updated to use a new DNS zone in the current project. All records needs to be migrated.

  • DNS migrated
  • Old DNS decomissioned
