Plugin wont play selected ringtone file passed in the sound parameter

Describe the bug
I have built an app that uses the ringtone manager to allow users to select their own custom sound. from this I then get sound path in the format "content://media/internal/audio/media/27" this is the sound I am passing via the JSON to the plugin and the sound comes up with the default tones

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install the plugin and create a demo app as is described in the documentation
2. Change the sound to "content://media/internal/audio/media/27" in the push JSON
3. The default tone will play

Expected behavior
That the sound file which does exist get played as it actually is int he correct format as is needed by the URI
