Work on opened issues for events

There are about 12 PRs open for prospective events. Even if one is organised per week, they can fill up schedule for 3 months. Since many events were proposed some while ago, suggested plan of action would be:

1. Ping the speakers on their respective issues if they are still willing to host the event.
2. If they say yes, ask them when are they free (Date and Time). Otherwise, close the issue.
3. Get it arranged without trying to get the speaker's schedule disturbed.
