Add a sort button option above the dining halls list to sort based on

• Ascending & descending dining hall name
• Closest & furthest based on current user location
• Open and Closed time'

Default option should be ascending current user location.

Try to make this component reusable so that we can reuse this in the future for the libraries and fitness locations.
