Attach AccountFields to DigitsProvider #10
Description
After introducing #6 we've opened the doors for sign in options and promote the use of AccountFields.
However, we don't expose AccountFields on the DigitsProvider.
A patch for this would be to add $window.Digits.AccountFields to the DigitsProvider service object.
