Issue

The GitHub Actions workflow for Chocolatey packaging is failing because 'siphon.exe' is not found during the step.

Error

File not found: 'siphon.exe'.
Error: Process completed with exit code 1.

Expected Behavior

The workflow should successfully package by ensuring exists before .

Steps to Fix

  • Verify that is built/generated before running .
  • Modify the workflow to ensure the binary is available.
