Check if we need/should restrict minio dependency to minio<8

As proposed in https://github.com/minio/minio-py/pull/1530 `minio` might introduce breaking changes in version 8.

We should decide if we should add `<8` to the `minio` dependency, or just update `audbackend` when the new `minio` version is released.
