layout editing for ultra wide monitors

Is it possible to resize the layout? my monitor is ultra wide and it only recognizes half of the monitor

++ Would like this.

Workaround is to just set some arbitrary number i.e. '999' where 13 is set in the end two fields. This should cap it out at the max 'units' or whatever that measurement is.
