Make sure videos are loaded using appropriate macros #2

Inspired by https://github.com/automerge/automerge.github.io/issues/139, I need to do a quick pass through the content and make sure videos are loaded with {{ figure }} or {{ video }}, so that they get the right attributes (controls, autoplay, etc).
