RFC: Self-Managed Hosting and CI/CD for Amplify Gen2

Hey! We're proposing a new way to define your frontend hosting and CI/CD pipeline as code in Amplify Gen2 deployed into your own AWS account with full CDK control.

New constructs:

• defineHosting(): define your frontend hosting infrastructure as code
• definePipeline(): define your CI/CD pipeline as code
• ampx deploy: deploy without Amplify Hosting

Supported frameworks: Next.js, Nuxt, Astro, any SPA
