Describe the content issue:
A clear and concise description of what the content issue is. Is there content missing or is there incorrect content?

Fails to distinguish which environment ie: hosting, backend, or dev local machine.

Also page report system is suboptimal, a) takes you away from the page rather than opening a new tab thus loosing the uri, and then offered 4 options in github, of which none are page/content issue.
