[bedrockagentcorecontrol-controller] Add support for private target configuration

Is your feature request related to a problem?
The controller does not currently support the options that are exposed in the CLI under the --private-endpoint parameter that would allow to create a gateway target backed by a VPC lattice service.

Those include selfManagedLatticeResource and managedVpcResource

Ability to provision a gateway target with the additional private endpoint settings.
