Specification to use TLS has no effect when creating EFS location

Hi,

I'm trying to use in-transit encryption when setting up a location and although specifying the in-transit-encryption property it seems to have no effect and on the console I can see the TLS is not configured.

I also looked at the code and I didn't say any usage of this property.

Thank you for reporting the issue. We are looking into the TLS config for the EFS location and will get back to you once we test and confirm the property is working.
