Bug: Layer Version is Wrong in Docs

Expected Behaviour

The docs show the correct version.

Current Behaviour

The docs show 7 as the current layer version. It's been this way for a few months. As of today it should be 14.

Possible Solution

Update the docs

Steps to Reproduce

1. Visit https://docs.powertools.aws.dev/lambda/python/latest/#install
2. Make a note of the layer version (hint: it's 7)
3. Visit the code page for any lambda function using
   powertools
4. Click the Edit button in the layers section
5. Remove the current version by clicking the X at the end of the search field
6. See version 14 revealed
7. Scratch your head
