Currently FlowLogEventBusPolicy limits the principal that can send event to the custom event bus FlowLogEventBus only to member of the AWS Orgs.
This enhancement will further tighten up FlowLogEventBusPolicy policy by adding condition key for the source ARN.
i.e. arn:aws:events:us-east-1:*:rule/FlowLogTag-HubRule
