[Bug]: Validate the admin password against cognito password rules

Description

When running the install.sh script the user is asked for an admin password.
This password is not validated against the Cognito password rules.
This can lead to an error right after terraform apply where the password can not be set for a user

Steps to reproduce

Run install.sh and select a password that is not following the Cognito password rules
