Describe the bug

The usage charges displayed on the AWS Innovation Sandbox dashboard differ from those shown in Cost Explorer.
Please take a look at the AWS account ID: 6154******** by screenshot.

Why is this?

To Reproduce

Compare the Innovation Sandbox on AWS dashboard and Cost Explorer for an AWS account using AWS Activate.

Expected behavior

Both should display the same figures.
