How to Get an OpenAI API Key

1. Visit OpenAI and log in or create an account.
2. Add a payment method and purchase at least $5 in credits.
3. Navigate to the API Dashboard.
4. Go to API Keys under the user settings.
5. Click Create new secret key.
6. Copy the key immediately (it won’t be shown again).
