Add instructions for Probes syntax.

Big Squash Collapses all wiki updates, which had been primarily authored directly via the `git` website (so that each individual page update had a separate commit). This condenses all changes that are approximately up to the `v1.2.1-alpha` release of nigeLab, and should make it easier once we are doing things like changing the name of the remote repository.
