Support for private or localhost registry

Re private registry: definitely, adding a way to specify registry credentials is on my list. Once we have that, private registries should work fine.

Re local registry: hadn't thought about that one, but yes I could see this being handy for development. Since ONCE deploys applications onto the machine where it's running, we don't even need a registry for that case -- we could deploy from the local cache. Probably just need a way to specify that behavior, so it doesn't try to pull 🤔 I'll give it some thought.

I would very much like something like ONCE to manage projects running on my local machine—using local-only images, that is!
