Prepare pypylon 2.0.0 release

Version 2.0.0
    - Date 2023-05-24
    - Updated to pylon 7.2 on linux and windows
    - Dropped support for python 3.4 and 3.5 on linux
    - Linux binaries are now manylinux_2_28 compliant and therefore
      require glibc >= 2.28
