Feature request: realign read parquet files

Hi, the documentation recommends using parquet files as output for clustering large datasets but currently realign is unable to read these. Is it possible to please add this functionality?

I will look into it but it may take some time. It should also be possible to pipe the decoded parquet file into diamond.
