Description
User Story
As a user i want all application appeals to now be accessible when an application has reached assessment calculated stage instead of the completed stage. This is required to allow for students to access appeals when their assessment has a 0 dollar calculation and they would not be able to reach
Acceptance Criteria
- Remove the logic that blocks application appeals from being visible only after completed status
- Build logic to show application appeals after assessment has been calculated and workflow completed.
- This will apply to the visibility of the appeals button on the application display table
- When at assessed and enrolment states the buttons order will be View | Edit | Appeal | Cancel
- This can be applied to the new appeals path only
