Describe the task
As a student user, I want to have an update to the MSFAA banner so that I know that just because I have an FT MSFAA that I need to have a PT MSFAA and vice versa (PT MSFAA signed, need a FT MSFAA)

Acceptance Criteria

• Change the PT MSFAA to "Your MSFAA is not valid." to [YTBD]
• Change the FT MSFAA to "Your MSFAA is not valid." to [YTBD]
