Inclusion of start and end time preference in select call

within order attributes the preference of start and end time hasnt been mention it suddenly appears within init. The use case of Select changes. There have been status inclusions as well such as order status etc, please provide the rationale behind this inclusion on this end as well

@dubeyAyush We will remove the sessionPreferences object from the /init and other subsequent api calls. It must have been a mistake to have included that in the examples. However, I would still request you to go through the schema objects and provide a review.
