`JSX` global namespace and `@types/react@^19`

The JSX global namespace was removed in react@19: https://react.dev/blog/2024/04/25/react-19-upgrade-guide#the-jsx-namespace-in-typescript

Maybe we could leave the tw prop in the JSX namespace up to the consumer to define?
