Make datasets downloadable during run

Right now, the datasets must be downloaded before running the benchmark, and there is no real instructions on where to store them, where to download them etc.

• Make the datasets that can be auto downloaded (i.e. do not need access request) downloadable.
• Explicitly say what to do when this is not possible
