First up, this package is amazing. Super useful! Thanks for making it.
Is there a way to use visual-regexp-steroids to find and replace across multiple files, for example across an entire directory?
Alternatively, is there a way to use just the python regexp within "dired-do-query-replace-regexp"?
(i.e. without the visual stuff). This seems to be the standard emacs way for doing this kind of thing.

It would certainly be a nice feature, but I have not looked into it yet. A good start would be to investigate how "dired-do-query-replace-regexp works and if it can easily be ported to use vr/query-replace instead. It should be fairly straightforward.
