Support Pensieve #257

It would be so awesome if we could integrate Pensieve with this version of the extensions tool. The previous tooling is still just as functional as it always is, but this is SO MUCH less set up for courses and a much cleaner interface.
@qria please let me know if this something you'd be interested in collaborating with me on or working on yourself. I probably won't have time until Feb, but I'd really like to get something working here. I'd definitely need your help with some of the API stuff.
Currently to integrate with Gradescope, instructors just add a specific account as staff to their Gradescope course. It would be awesome if we could have a similar flow for Pensieve that doesn't require instructors to do anything with the API keys themselves.
