Missing documentation for facial gestures and actions in README.md #1

Hi!
First of all, congratulations on this amazing project – BigLinux Body Tracker is a very innovative and important accessibility feature!
I tested the application and it works, but I noticed that the README.md does not clearly explain which facial gestures trigger each action (for example: left click, right click, drag, double click, etc.).
Currently, it is not obvious:
- Which gesture performs left click
- Which gesture performs right click
- How to drag
I believe adding a section in the README with a list or table of gestures and their corresponding actions would greatly improve usability, especially for new users.
Optionally, a small GIF or short demo video showing the gestures in action would be amazing too.
