No Snapshots

What would cause a camera to not take snapshots? I have some clips / objects that were misidentified objects but there isn't an associated snapshot. The same camera has other snapshots and my config hasn't changed since or around this. Just confused what is going on.

Yeah im trying to say I had a friend look at my config and its not. I have snap shots from after the timeframe even around the same day. But several identified objects I can submit for training because of no snapshot.

so what camera did this occur on, what object was detected as, and are there any review items that were created for this object specifically?

All great questions it would be basement_patio I noticed foyer and other cameras as well have mis labeled dog but no snapshots.

it detected my daughter and her friend as dogs. My wife and me on the back patio. These are older. I looked in the past 14 days and the mailbox license and north license are detecting dogs with no snap shots. See screenshots please.

In your config, you've set this for snapshot retention time:

dog: 7

All of these dog events look older than 7 days.
