Move as much of our 'amazon' class into aws_api as makes sense.

We have a bunch of ordering and stuff which could/should be done by 'include aws_api' that is erroneously in our (internal) amazon class. Pull it out!

Say what does this refer to exactly? Is there a way for custom types to provide special behaviour with the puppet include statement? Or do you just mean the Puppet_X::Bobtfish::Ec2_api parent class can use some refactoring? If the former, what sort of thing did you have in mind?

I ask because I'm about to dive into some general cleanup (maybe. no promises!)
