Installing mermaid to use with jupyter (installed by anaconda) in windows destroy my installation of jupyter, no one kernel cant work, they just fail to start.

I did two times (the first time I wasnt sure that it was after install mermaid). What I see is that installing mermaid by pip install nb-mermaid uninstall the previous installed ipython to install an old version, this mess up everything.

Please, fix it.
