Change folder names within project and course directories so they are in an ordered list

Hi Wags,
please change the numerical names of the folders in the 'project' and 'course' directories so that they are displayed in an ordered list:
ex Project folder:

• 01 Setup
• 02 Boilerplate
• 03 Postgres
• 04 Create Users
  instead of the current order:
• 1 Setup
• 10 Posts
• 11 Submit
• 2 Boilerplate

please assign me to this issue, if you feel that it enhances to usability of the resources.
