Stop auto-synching when container is started?

Hi,
So I've set up icloudpd with YAML in Dockge, and configured it via the config file and authenticated successfully.
Now that I've synched about ~11k of all my photos, I'm thinking about switching to manual mode, and start the synch based on my needs.
How would I do this? Icloudpd starts synching whenever I spin up its container - basically I would like to disable this, and access it in the shell within the container to manually run it.
I haven't seen such an option in the config file - or just didn't find it.
