ASDF plugin

Hi there, wanted to set a reminder for myself to work on an asdf plugin for jet (and babashka later on).

I have run across asdf some time ago, it's a fine "package manager" that is basically just a bunch or bash scripts to download/install binary releases.

Here is the doc for creating a plugin.
