What I'd like:

#255 had to use https://raw.githubusercontent.com/NVIDIA/open-gpu-kernel-modules/570/COPYING because there wasn't a 580 branch at that time. When the branch exists, we should update the location to be more correct.

Any alternatives you've considered:

Not updating this file location which is probably fine, but a bit messy.
