Some question ideas that can be asked in 26.02.2024 Q&A session:

How will leaderbord function

Will it be updated in real time or will it just be just updated in some fixed intervals (like once a week) before giving the rewards
What exactly will be basis for leaderboard placement

How will reward system function

Will we create a new type of virtual currency that can be used to customize your profile, exchange for a connection with mentors or give additional benefits to you
Are we expected to create a system in which we can exchange that virtual currency with concrete rewards

What exactly an interactive directory represents

Is it some kind of filtering system ?

Challenges and goals

We believe that goals are customized for each person meanwhile challenges are general tasks that are given in fixed intervals. Goals may be self assigned meanwhile challenges are probably not. Confirm them and ask for details

In the description, it is given as:

• Track personal fitness goals and earn rewards
• Virtual fitness challenges and leaderboards

1) So, does that mean there is no reward for challenges? Or no leaderboard for goals?

2) Will the user update his/her progress on the goals or challenges manually? Will there be some sorts of measures to deny unfair advantages?

Questions regarding the forum are,

• Should a verification system exist for verifying users as coaches or mentors?
• If that system exists, should the verification process be manual or automatic?
• Should notifications be sent to users via email and mobile when their post receives a reply?
• Should users be able to follow threads to receive notifications about new comments?
• What is the definition of a post ? Does it have image(s), text, video(s), tag(s), location(s), event(s), user(s)? If so, which ones are mandatory and which ones are optional?

What are the exact criteria for approving a mentor?
Should mentors go through an interview process, or is document verification enough?
Should the platform support mentor categorization (e.g., fitness, soccer, basketball, mental coaching)?
What level of background check is required? Should it include criminal records, reference checks, or coaching certifications?
Should the background check be automated through a third-party service or manually reviewed by admins?
Should mentors receive email or app notifications when a mentee requests guidance?
If a mentor becomes inactive, should their profile be removed automatically?

Some question ideas about the Account and Profile User Requirements:

Should users be able to log in using their google accounts?
We have 2 options for trainee and mentor accounts:
Separate Account Types at Registration: Users choose Trainee or Mentor/Coach when signing up. Mentors go through a verification process.
Role-based Access Control (RBAC): Everyone registers as a regular user, but they can apply for mentor/coach roles later. The system grants additional privileges once verified.
Which one is a better choice?
Should we add a blocking profile feature or is it too much for a simple fitness hub?
How will the system grant the mentor/coach privilege? Can we use ai tools or do we need someone to manually check the data provided by mentor/coach candidates?
