Turn this demo into an example that features free floating comments

Nowadays users don't expect comments attached to activities, but free floating, cf. Figma, Miro, ...

Describe the solution you'd like

• I can put a comment anywhere on the diagram
• Commenting happens in a dedicated commenting mode, where clicking "adds a comment"
• Comments "attached" to elements move with the elements

The comments in this project are serialized to bpmn:documentation elements. Would you expect the free-floating comments to be serialized too?

Yes, I think they should also be serialized, however likely globally (on the diagram) rather than locally with individual nodes.

Mid-term we could also consider different back-ends for comments, and 🎉, you have a re-usable comment component.

Feedback greatly appreciated, especially on these bpmn-js extensions:

• floating-overlays (similar to the overlays module, but for floating overlays that can be dragged and dropped at any position)
• comment-tool (builds on top of the previous module and adds a palette entry to add comments)

The demo looks great. I haven't looked into the code yet.

I was wondering why the comment tool was placed in the elements section. Do you consider the comments to belong to the diagram, or rather be another editor editor tool (then top section).

I'm not sure whether it should be an editor tool (top section) either. May be something for this bottom right panel (similar to the attention grabber)? 💭

For the purpose of the demo I think it could be an editor tool.
