Unfortunately, the Gutenberg JS API has changed with regards to block settings (as it is still in beta) and I haven't had a chance to update the plugin yet. Feel free to submit a PR if you want to update it.

I should also note that this plugin isn't really designed for public use, but can help you better understand how to write a plugin of your own to work with Gutenberg.
