Hello. I've written three new checks for AWS SageMaker. I'd like to submit a PR if the code looks good.

• what CKV number should I use if the check is not currently defined in the Checkov docs?

For the CKV number, please use the next available number in the same category of checks.
Then, feel free to submit the PR, the devs will review the PR and will approve/provide suggestions if appropriate.
