Updated Operation Codes

• Updated all the operation codes to the latest Albion release. This fixes in-game mail not being sent to personal nats servers if you had specified a URL. Most likely fixes other issues since several were wrong.
• Changed the nats server address from the ip to the url of the server, albion-online-data.com
