[bug] Workflow Editor related bugs due to recent big changes

• When deleting an array item (Var > array property with multiple items) - the remaining items get rerendered multiple times.
• When clicking on 'Reset layout' option in bottom-left of the workflow editor -> reset doesn't happen

• When clicking on 'Remove saved node position' button on the left side of the node -> node's position does not reset

• node handles are black instead of grey like edges
• array item looses its name and description after changing tabs
