Currently, the c-base IRC channel manages karma via willy (yet another phanny bot). However, c-beam has been gaining popularity throughout the recent past. Thoughts have surfaced to consolidate willy and preferably even all other bots in the channel in favour of c-beam. For this to occur, we have to hack a few minor implementations - one of which would be karma.
