Swiping not working

Issue

Cannot Swipe between page, can scroll up and down

Tried downgrading to the 6.8.0

Its still the same

Tried downgrading to the 6.5.3

Swiping works but cannot scroll up and down

I can confirm that 7.0.0 is not fixed this issue
