activity name doesn't bind to live activity

Minimal Reproduction

1. Start any live activity from the example app
2. Close and restart the app
3. App doesn't bind to live activity even though activityName is passed in options

Additional Information (Optional)

I originally came across this issue from getting the random uuid in button interaction event source despite passing the activity name when starting the live activity. Assumed it was the underlying native activity id until I looked at the swift module and saw it just a mismatch in interface
