+* Meeting Schedule Adjust
+  * Meeting Links are adjusted. Including meeting links. Links of S2C, Region User Count, Network Slice API are split into 3 different meeting links as suggested. 
+  * Meeting times are adjusted. Later the Bi-weekly meeting will start from 4pm CST, 10am CEST.  
+* Issue#22 API Design
+  * Currently, WG come across 3 modes of business scenarios. WG call for more ideas the API mode. 
+  * Questions toward the business mode work flow, the OTT roles, the Aggregator roles are clear. B2B, B2B2C, B2C are need to be considered. API need to compatible the all the modes.
+  * The architecture need to be adjusted. Aggregator need to adjust to the layer above the operator.
+  * Review comments will be resolved later.
